Helpful delivery guidelines
- $30 handling fee applies to every order over 200lbs.
- 20% fuel surcharge applies to all estimates over 200lbs.
- No storage fee charged if Carolina Classic Carriers is the delivering company.
- Cancellations are subject to a 30% handling fee before furniture is returned to store.
- If a customer refuses shipment due to size/weight, the full delivery fee may apply.
- If the truck cannot safely maneuver to the home, the customer must meet the truck with alternate means of transportation.
- Furniture over 300 lbs requires extra help from the customer.
- Existing furniture haul-off is not available.
